Canon AE-1 was revolutionary - I remember when it came out..
I agree. The AE-1 was my first SLR and I lugged it everywhere during high school. Ah the memories...

@diesel604: Sounds like you got an awesome deal! I remember back when Vivitar made lenses that people actually aspired to own...their Series 1 lenses were highly regarded back in its day.

A Nissin Di466 Four Thirds flash which is an absolute ripper of a bargain and a cheap timer remote for the E-P1.  Both fleaBay purchases one from Hong Kong and the other from China and around half the cost here for the flash and 1/3rd the cost for similar clone remotes.

Ooooh, so you finally caved in! Just like me.  ;)  Congrats.

I just picked up an inexpensive slide/negative scanner at Costco for $70. The several decades old slides sitting in my garage can finally see the light again!

i did and got a backup body for 270 dollars when one does the math , too good of a deal to pass up
