Iâ€™m not sure I like the current trend that people have of only shooting the right-hand edge of their cameras. Itâ€™s just sloppy composition in most cases, filling the majority of the portrait-format frame with background and having an extreme close-up of just the grip or the strap of the camera poking into the right of the frame. Canâ€™t people compose better than that?

ep1 with 135mm f 3.5 nikkor q with body cap adapter, modified to allow lock pin to engage

pretty sharp open and very sharp 2 stop in ..........nice for a lens almost 60 years old

Here's my new e-p1 with cool vintage style brown leather case. I've only had it a week but I'm very pleased with both build quality and the great pics it takes. My only regret now is that I didn't buy one sooner!

Bought it from a company called Pixlamb on Ebay. Wasn't cheap at Â£84 but it's amazing. High quality soft leather which fits the camera like a glove. I was hesitant to spend that amount on a case but a great camera needs a quality case so no regrets.

Thanks, voyager. It took me a while to find it. I love the look of the leica hoods, and I didn't want a cheap plastic one. I had to pick up a 37 to 43mm step up ring to make it work. It's really light and does not cause any problems with the AF. Here's a link if you would like to purchase one:
