I liked the silver more.

I'm undecided... I wanted an all black camera when the E-P1 was shown. The silver one looks a bit unfinished to me, but with body wrap its much better with some crome areas showing on tope and bottom giving a nice contrast. That's grown on me now. All black looks a bit dull in comparison.

The black looks kinda translucent.
I bet it would scratch easy. Silver is my favorite. Most of my Leica M's are silver. Just a few in black.
The white one looks kinda retro and probably will be collectable.

The silver E-p2 looks pretty nice. From an "artistic" point of view, if I had to complain about something on it it would be the "grip". That does look a little cheap, even on the E-P1; you can tell it is just a bit of plastic. Just think of the customization that would have been possible if the grip was user-changeable; you could carve your own out of wood and get it all waxed up.

Now the rumor is silver/brown only in Japan, the rest of the world will get black only. A bit of a bummer since I really like the silver E-P1 and would have liked a silver E-P2. Maybe I'll wait a bit and see if silver becomes available later.
