They have some kind of wide angle adapter for the 24mm that screws on.

Anyways, let's get back to the topic about the sensor comparison.

One of the main problems that I have is that the sensors are not even the same size, so should we be even comparing them at all?
I think that at this point sensor design plays a much bigger role than sensor size, and processing comes second. Not even a full frame sensor is any good without a good processor (or raw converter). Just take a look at the mirror-less samsung, everything about it's picture quality sucks. Or look at how much the pentax Kx improved over the K7.

Funny you should mention that sensor in the K-x. I'm pretty sure it's the same one that's in the NEX cameras.
it is, but I still think it's not that much better than the PENs...
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...

It's less than twice the size. Should correspond to less than a stop better high ISO performance. That is if the E-Px has it's noise reduct off.

I don't know. I'm making a suggestion. Both are last generation, only different in size.

Let me know we a consensus is arrived.

Me neither. Still can't believe someone sold an m4/3 system to buy a NEX one. Makes my eyes wet. Almost like people who sleep in front of an Apple store to get the latest iS**t. Looks like marketing makes people into bad decisions.

and ten years ago this could have been forgiven, but nowadays it's just stupid. All you have to do is sit a while with google and you have all the information in the world about a product, reviews, pros, cons you name it, everything the marketing department didn't tell you (or didn't want you to know). I guess there's no cure for being a fanboy.

There are like, 10 new threads that could be made out of this last page alone.

Very interesting where this discussion is heading though.

Don't underestimate the power of marketing (I was so tempted to say, "...of the Dark Side" :P). Before Apple was cool, there was Sony and their lengendary legion of fanboys. Marketing and a slick design can make you believe many things, like buying a computer with half the memory, half the hard drive, at double the price, is cool and highly desirable...
