I believe the 45-200mm was around $400 when it was introduced, however. It's not the newest lens so the price has depreciated a bit.

as far as i know it was 329 at b and h i got it for my pen when the panny zoom first came out

The MSRP was around $400 I believe. The 40-150mm probably will only sell for $199.
