Here is a night shot from the E-P1 and the M.Zuiko 14-42 set at 14mm...

Other details are... ISO200, f/3.5 and 8 seconds

I like the moody atmosphere of the light relected from the clouds and the couple of white spots are not hot pixels but stars shining through the holes in the clouds.

The E-P1 is an impressive night camera and people don't give you a second glance when setting up as it doesn't look at though you have an expensive bit of kit.

Thanks Karl and Cosinaphile! It also shows that the lens can shoot virtually direct into the sun (it was blocked only by the tree's trunk) without ill effects.

For record sake, photos of the lens itself are attached.

The lens is collapsible and is small and handy to be with the camera or in a pouch.

It must be turned to "unlock" before it can be used for shooting.
The "Unlock" switch is a bit confusing in nomenclature.
One switches it before turning the lens barrel back to the collapsed state to "lock" the lens.

Some of these images are incredibly clear. I have the same lens and currently I am not getting that level of clarity. Is there something I am missing, or is the high clarity due to something applied in post with software?
