they look insane ..... beautifully so   the build quality and the battery grip   makes it look as serious as a top of the line    full frame     dslr    the battery looks to be huge   so needed for this power gulping sensor 

 

the battery option grip takes 2 further batteries   and makes   the height a third larger      like a crazy large dslr  

 

i like it     initially i hated it ......but respect has grown after seeing    picks in hand a and grip details and other shots at mirrorless rumors

Finally a Sigma to accept SA lenses... long time waiting...

But, for me... too small, unless you get a pancake zoom? as a kit starter?

 

The battery pack helps with normal longer lenses for balance....

Love my DP1Merrill. These cameras look great except for 1 thing. The darn Quatro sensor. My friend sold his DP1MERRILL for the equivalent Quatro. He was not happy with the look of the images. Dumped it and bought another DP1Merrill.
